A woman’s ex-boyfriend went to Denver, Colorado and forcibly removed their children from their home and brought them back to Cicero, Illinois to live with him without a Court order. He obtained a warrant for their return; the Cook County Sheriff was dispatched to the children’s school in Cicero, and they were successfully returned to their mother.

The case promptly settled without the motion even needing to go to hearing, and without division of the pension.
