I would like to take time to commend Attorney Nathan Hakimi for the strenuous work he did by providing us with legal counsel to close own our church's parking lot. He worked for 11 months to close a deal that should have been extremely simple. Because the seller's attorney did not respond on many ocassions, the closing was delayed. Atty. Hakimi continued to send countless emails throughout the months. In the beginning, Atty. Hakimi and I agreed on a price and instead of trying to send me a bill for the extra unanticipated time he took to close the deal, he stuck with our original price, with a small and agreed exception. I hired Mr. Hakimi for a small claims complaint against my dentist who refused to give me a refund for a procedure that he messed up. I originally had the intention to go pro se but after hours of research and free consultations with lawyers, I realized hiring a lawyer would give me the best chance of winning. This case was extremely important to me since I had looked forward to getting the procedure done and took years to save up for it but it ultimately failed and I lost my money.Malpractice is a tough case to win against doctors, especially in dentistry. Mr. Hakimi was very knowledgeable and explained different scenarios that really helped put things in perspective for me, especially since I had tunnel vision throughout the whole case. He was also very responsive and answered my calls or emails throughout the day. It was a long case but Mr. Hakimi maintained diligence and would share his strategy for next steps after each milestone. I also didn’t realize the administrative tasks that come with taking someone to court but am glad Mr. Hakimi was there to handle them.Finally, we won the case and I got my money back! I am extremely happy I decided to hire Mr. Hakimi and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable lawyer at a great price.
